Goossens wonen en slapen - Rotterdam - Watermanweg 117A

Lange levertijd, 4 weken wordt zonder te melden 7 weken. Ik moest zelf achter me bestelling aan, via mail niet gereageerd, telefoon wordt via een bandje vermeld dat er geen medewerker is om me te woord te staan en je kan mailen of chatten. Per chat duurt het bijna 24uur voordat er gereageerd wordt. Bestelling bleek al een week beschikbaar te zijn maar levering blijft vervolgens uit. Goossens heeft mooie spullen waar ze best veel geld voor vragen, had ook juist daarom een betere service verwacht.

Very long delivery time (13 weeks)!

Absolutely terrible experience! SHAMEFUL! Had to wait over 15 weeks for delivery, and still my order isn't complete! They don't have any proper communication channels and struggle to keeping Paying customers informed. Expecting good support even after you buy a bed worth 4000 euros is not going to happen! They try and oversell just to make a quick buck(This is their philosophy)! They try to work around their own business rather than focusing on the customer so i must remind them that "THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST" - its a common practice for any business and you might want to learn that and also ask your team to practice this! Integrity is also something that's really lacking, after committing partial delivery they completely rule it out because they don't have time. Again, may i remind you that its the customer that makes your business run and not the other way round! The customer support team is as clueless as you can imagine! The prices they charge versus delivery is not worth it! I cancelled my second order(because the same sort of issues and would advise anyone considering to do the same! Stay away from their shops as they are a shameful business in the Netherlands! And i'm sure they don't really care about reviews anyway! Get your furniture from another location!

Careful with the "Goossens bezorgservice" which costs 89€. I ordered a boxspring recently and got it delivered. The website states that the montage is included with this service. However, they do not include it and basically you are paying 89€ for a shipment which you can have for free from them. After sending a claim to them, they did not show understanding nor clear explanation. Not recommended or at least, do not pick this service of 89€ which is a scam.

Within this price segment, and after waiting for more than 5 months, you’d expect at least decent packaging to prevent damages during transport. And shipping 6 chairs together instead of separately as 1 chair seems to be missing and 2 are damaged.

Extremely bad experiences. Bought chairs of EUR 500 a piece. The chairs delivered had very bad quality stitching - very sloppy. Had to wait 3 months to get DAMAGED chairs returned. Also paid extra for premium stains service - well, this is just lost money because the coverage list is very unclear and only get sent months after it was ordered (at delivery of the chairs). In the end: extremely unhappy, did not get the quality that could be expected and still waiting for things to be fixed. Never again and would absolutely not recommend!
