★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly helpful telephone receptionist, in-person front desk receptionists/administrators, doctor, and pharmacy staff - especially given I do not speak Dutch. I can not praise them all enough; they each went above and beyond the call of duty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With practices very driven to improve revenues of their own research lab, the professional behavior of the GP Frank Reuvekamp, is incompetent and arrogant. thoroughly do not recommend this individual as a GP.
When approached looking for assistance on a 3 week long pain on the throat that had recently escalated to my ear, the doctor performed a swab analysis to assess whether it could be a bacterial infection. A week later upon return of the results I found out the analysis had been made not to identify bacteria but to investigate the presence of STD's. When queried why, the response was that given my profile of a young adult, it would be a likely assessment....When asked if at least the identification of bacteria had been performed as well, the answer was the doctor had not requested any further analysis.
After a useless week of sore pain and the costs of laboratory research later, I still had no answer or support to heal my throat. Time to find a new Huisarts.
