Niet fijn als je al moeilijk te been bent en je word vanaf het begin al weggekeken, onbegrijpelijk! Terrible receptionist! You feel unwelcome when you enter. Not nice if you are already hard on the bone and you are already looked away from the beginning, incomprehensible!

Toch maar weer gegaan omdat het zo dichtbij is. Nu is het klaar en stap ik over. Zeker niet een van de betere praktijken. Unfriendly, somewhat arrogant and uninterested on the phone. A	Alessio Sprockel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weggestuurd na fout assistente. Om 8uur heb ik mij gemeld voor mijn afspraak bij Dr de Wouters. Hierop heeft de assistente mij naar de wachtkamer gewezen. Hier heb ik 25minuten zitten wachten tot de asstisten mij tot haar riep. Zij verklaarde dat ik een nieuwe afspraak moest maken omdat ik te laat was geweest. Ik zou om 8:05 niet aanwezig zijn geweest toen de dokter mijn naam riep. Aan de internetgeschiedenis van mijn mobile telefoon is te zien dat ik van 8:02 tot 8:20 paginas op nu.nl heb gelezen. Ik acht dan dus ook bewezen dat ik om 8uur aanwezig was, mij heb aangemeld, mijn jas heb uitgedaan, en om 8:02 het nieuws ben gaan lezen. Ik mocht een nieuwe afspraak maken voor volgende week. Naar mijn klacht of de ernst/spoed hiervan is niet gevraagd. Sent away after error assistant. At 8 o'clock I have reported for my appointment with Dr de Wouters. The assistant then pointed me to the waiting room. Here I waited 25 minutes for the asstists to call me to her. She stated that I had to make a new appointment because I had been late. I would not have been there at 8:05 when the doctor called my name. The internet history of my mobile phone shows that I read from 8:02 to 8:20 pages on nu.nl. So I think I also proved that I was present at 8 o'clock, I registered, took off my coat, and started reading the news at 8:02. I was allowed to make a new appointment for next week. My complaint or the seriousness / urgency of this has not been requested.
