Uncertain as to why this place is so poorly reviewed. Been a patient of Dr. Raja for years and she has always been a stellar example of professionalism and compassion.

Very very unhelpful colleagues. And frustrating experience. Good luck if you trying to get through their phone line and get an appointment with any one, after all the voice guidelines and pressing between 0, 1, and 2! And you get cut off!

Horrible experience. Better ask your grandma for advice than them.

At most times, you'll have to wait for at least several hours until you are able to talk to someone on the phone. Rarely had a good experience and therefore i switched

Really not helpful, unprofessional and disinterested of my condition. The doctor literally kept me in his office for one minute. I then changed doctor (with him glaring at me) and the new one was even more disrespectful. Absolutely the worst treatment I've ever had. I'm still sick after 3 months.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE! When I transferred from my old doctor in February my transfer papers were lost, I found out that I was not registered and transfer wasn't completed at the moment WHEN I got complications from the illness and needed direct help. Eventually I got some sort of a consultation by phone and got prescribed with the antibiotics, also by phone. Naturally I was ensured that the transfer will be completed. Later on in April I have come to the desk of the office to request a consultation in order to get a prescription for the pharmacy. Guess what, that's when I have found out that I wasn't registered and that 4 months later the transfer was not completed once again!!! In July, when the transfer was FINALLY completed (by the way it was from one dutch to another dutch doctor's office so nothing international involved) my university has requested me with the proof of illness from February and the doctor's note. At the desk of the doctor's office I was denied with any help or proper explanations as I was told by the assistant that the formal university request is required, I even had a feeling that assistant has vented on me. Later on when i forwarded the official University request to my doctor T.J. Schenk my e-mail was was never replied!! This ridiculous administrative mess and negligence are not supposed to happen when you pay for insurance and services like everyone else does. Do not recommend this office to any international or dutch students or people who want to have a transparent treatment and feel safe. Super vreselijke behandeling van klanten in nood. Ik snap niet hoe zo iets tegenwoordig kan gebeuren, je voelt zich gewoon niet veilig.

I'm puzzled by the reviews here. I've been seeing Dr. Schenk since he took over roughly 10 years ago. 5/5 without a second thought. - Excellent English (including the staff) - Genuinely seems to care and tries to help - Intelligent/capable, and with a great personality - Never had any issues or reasons to be displeased The only critique from the other (overly negative) reviews that I can slightly agree with - yes, during flu season, for example, you may need to wait an extra day or few to for an available time (if it's not an urgent matter). Or you may have to wait 10-20 min after your scheduled appointment was supposed to start. However, this is: a) Pretty standard, and hardly an issue b) Rare in recent years (non-existent in my experience, possibly luck) c) Most likely due to the doctor actually caring, and not rushing everyone out as quickly as possible (not a downside, but a a major plus)

Very unprofessional, totally not interested in my condition and not willing to help. Tried twice to see a doctor (even to obtain a simple prescription) but they were always "too busy". If they actually were, then let me book an appointment for the coming week or at least let me know when the first available spot is. Btw there were barely people waiting in the building, I wonder where all this "enormous" amount of patients was. One of the receptionists was sitting at her desk doing nothing and as I approached her she told me "not possible" without even looking at me. Disgusting.
