Auf der Suche nach einem Akustiker ist mir ein bekanntes Logo ins Auge gesprungen. Ich war angenehm überrascht, die Hörwelt in Veert zu finden und vor allem ein mir bekanntes Gesicht in der Filiale anzutreffen. Frau Knell und ihr Kollege sind super nett und hilfsbereit, sowie kompetent. Meine Freundin habe ich auch direkt informiert, damit sie mit ihrer Tochter zu Frau Knell geht, falls die Kleine mal wieder Probleme mit dem Hören hat. Diese ist nämlich auch auf Kinder spezialisiert. Ich kann die Hörwelt nur wärmstens empfehlen! I was on my way to see a friend when I had a minor technical breakdown. While looking for an acoustician, a well-known logo caught my eye. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Hörwelt in Veert and, above all, to meet a familiar face in the branch. Ms. Knell and her colleague are super nice and helpful, as well as competent. I also informed my friend directly so that she and her daughter could go to Ms. Knell's if the little one had hearing problems again. This is because it also specializes in children. I can only warmly recommend Hörwelt!

Seid 18 Jahren noch nie so einen tollen akustiker erlebt I can only recommend incredibly great dealings with parents and children. You will be advised extensively and also comprehensibly advised. I've never seen such a great acoustician in 18 years

Ich muss sagen, ich bin begeistert. Aber ich muss auch sagen, dass die beiden Mitarbeiter dort super freundlich & sehr kompetent sind. Ich werde dort aufjedenfall bleiben. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! So I went there because it was reopened in Veert. I got a new hearing aid there and have been using it for 1-2 months. I have to say I am thrilled. But I also have to say that the two employees there are super friendly & very competent. I will definitely stay there. I can only recommend!

Ich wurde mit allen möglichen Mitteln unterstützt und auf jedem Weg begleitet. Falls es Probleme gab, konnte ich sie direkt ansprechen und sie wurden schnell gelöst. Empathie und Geduld habe ich bei jeden Besuch erlebt. Selbst im Hausbesuch bei meiner Großmutter war alles Tip Top. Working at eye level. The customer/patient has a high priority there.
