In deze periode is Grand Café de Dijk uitgegroeid tot een begrip in kralingen! Logisch, want wij bieden in een informele sfeer altijd vers bereide klassieke gerechten tegen een scherpe prijs en met volle maag garantie.
Onze spareribs, met huisgemaakte marinade van onze Chef, worden door vele als de beste van Rotterdam bestempeld! Het recept? Dat is geheim, maar met onze prijzen kunt U gerust regelmatig komen genieten.
Of onze saté, ook huisgemarineerd en kipfilet van top kwaliteit! Of dan de hamburger, 200 gram 100% rundvlees, rijk belegd met verse salade en met vers gebakken brood. Of ons stoofpotje, volgens Oudhollands recept door onze Chef bereid met 100% mager runderstoofvlees.
Naast onze uitgebreide menukaart word U regelmatig verrast door onze Chef met wisselende dagschotels en seizoenspecialiteiten.
Ook na etenstijd blijft het gezellig in de Dijk!Wil je gezellig spelletjes doen, kaartje leggen of lekker ouderwets sjoelen dat kan allemaal en vinden wij super gezellig.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant. I recommend going on Wednesdays if you are a spare ribs lover. And on Tuesdays if you like hamburgers. Fries are lekker and the workers usually are kind. Waiting time is not too long and the food is ok. Not very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were tired and needed a toilet so I insisted we stop here and get something to drink. Heineken and orange juice both went down well and the service was good and fairly friendly. The toilets were clean. The bar itself is pretty dark and dingy inside and you can sit outside but it's on a main road, so the view is unremarkable. It's neither an amazing destination nor do I have any real criticism of it. Hence three stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great meal here, I went on a Wednesday night so it was eat as many BBQ ribs as you want. It was really good value for money and I didn't get the feeling that they were out to catch the tourists as the menu was only in Dutch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was terrible. The service was so bad, the waiters took over an hour to deliver some fries and they acted very aggressive towards me. I was with some friends about to pay and they kept threatening to call the police if we would not pay while we kept asking to pay. Also, when I left my friends at the table to walk my friend outside to her car because it was pretty late already, they accused me of leaving the place without paying and they tried to take my Identification Card. These women scared me very much and we are never returning there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice place away from the busy areas of Rotterdam, yet close enough. We had a great burger and a good beer. 10/10 would come again.
One downside is that they do not have the price for the drinks or the size. We ended up ordering a 1.5 liter pint of beer. No regret though.
