★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered from here a couple of times now. The food is generally tasty but they seem to be unable to get an order right. They've forgot the extra yuzu sauce multiple times. But the last time they also forgot the added salmon and made the bowl with a mix of rice and salad instead of only with rice. The other bowl was made with only rice and no salad, while we ordered this bowl with a mix. It's been multiple times of getting orders wrong. I don't know why it's so difficult to check the order and prepare it as ordered. Also I've ordered extra add-in's to only recieve very little of that add-in. Order here for a tasty poke bowl but don't be sad if your order turns out nothing like what you ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we are vegan and therefore ordered 2 bowls with tofu. unfortunately we received bowls with chicken. a very nasty experience for us. the website says vegan-friendly, but that's not really what we encountered. we tried to call them but they were not available, so we had to throw all the food away with pain in our hearts.

They didnt have kimchi, prepared poke bowl in take out container instead of normal plate, completely forgot about our drinks and beought them only when we reminded them. Staff doesnt look over the space and we had to go to counter to ask something.
