Josper: Een smaak die bijna niet valt te beschrijven
In veel Spaanse restaurants is de Josper barbecue niet meer weg te denken uit de keuken. En ook wij, als restaurant in Kaatsheuvel, kunnen niet meer zonder deze Spaanse schone. DU NORD staat voor een goed bord eten zonder ingewikkelde culinaire fratsen. Een belofte die voor een belangrijk deel op naam komt van keukenprins Josper. Ze werkt uitsluitend op houtskool en is een combinatie van een oven en een grill. Josper geeft de gerechten een unieke smaak met behoud van textuur en sappigheid. Dankzij de Josper is de biefstuk op uw bord geen gewone biefstuk meer. Het is biefstuk pur sang. Ontzettend mals, vol van smaak en sappig.
Wij zijn overtuigd van de smaak. Een smaak die bijna niet valt te beschrijven. Bestel een gerecht uit de Josper, proef, geniet en oordeel zelf.
