★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food for good price. We had low expectations for the Japanese restaurant in a small village. Oh we were sooo wrong! Great sushi and Japanese food, at a price you could only dream of in Amsterdam. I wish the chef to move to Ams and open a place here. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This does not carry the spirit of sushi serving. I ordered the 3 set menu. They delivered my food mixed with others food. It's all in there, that's what they said. And 3 set menu was served at the same time. I have to sort out my own sushi among others. Their explanation is "our concept is sharing" seriously? 3 set menu sharing? My dining experience was ruined!
1 star extra for the beef, which was tasty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is based on a take out experience because of Corona.
The sushi and the flavour variety on a big plate was great, proper rice structure and nicely served on the take out platter.
Only negative was that despite the order was placed several hours in advance and we received a pick up time, it still took till 10 minutes after the communicated time for the order to be ready.
That being said, it was definitely worth the wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it a half star if i could. This is worse than a big franchise sushi restaurants ever. Not to imagine extream slow service en neglect customers. They received us quite late at 21.00 so we were quite hungry and slow service is hard to accept. This is just another japan-chinese restaurant l. Nothing special, i came here because i heard so many good comments from colleagues but really disappointed. Sushi rice were too overcooked so it very soft that when you use chopstick to pick it up it breaks into pieces. Food is rather expensive compare to quality. I just understand why they call themself a fusion sushi because the taste is nothing close to real sushi but more to satisfied European tastes. Do not recommend for real sushi lover!!! Oh another thing i ordered Shimp Tempura but it's absolute not it ! I still dont know what I eat ?? check out the foto below
