Unfortunately it was too cold inside as their heating is too weak and when I complained about it the answer was that it's central heating and that they can't do anything about it. So if you would like to be in a nice and warm place in the winter don't go here.

It's great if you want to talk with someone, for dates etc. My only real gripe is that they don't always have the most competent servers, but that could be because they're taking in new hires or something.

I really don’t understand why that happened, but we were hungry and it is really disrespectful to make costumers wait for so long for their food. Plus, when the tortellini came, it was so dry there was no flavor in it. We went on a Saturday night; it was busy but still. Very disappointing.

Beautiful exterior and interior, friendly and super efficient staff (clearly very well trained in the old school method) and of course the food!! One of Rotterdam's institutions that's highly recommended!
