“Ik heb bewust met de traditionele Spaanse stijl gebroken. Hoewel die ook heel lekker kunnen zijn, maak ik geen zware rode wijnen met een lange houtrijping en rijke vanillegeur. Ik kies ervoor om het fruit voor zichzelf te laten spreken. Ik oogst de druiven extra vroeg en gebruik voor de fermentatie en rijping vaten van roestvrijstaal en beton. Zo blijft de frisheid optimaal behouden. Dat ik niet van opsmuk hou zie je ook terug in mijn label, de wijn spreekt voor zichzelf.”

 Wonderful honest shop with wine to your taste. Lots of choice and your sausage helped by skilled and nice staff! Recommended for a good wine, of course always a nice collection cold!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice shop, knowledgeable, helpful and very nice Staff. They know their wines and they have very interesting ones! I bought really great champagne there, unusual one. Lovely reds and whites as well. They are opened until 8pm from Thursday and have no issue to speak English. Highly recommended.
