β β β β β Outstanding customer service from start to finish. When I sent an inquiry by email before placing an order, I received a helpful response very quickly. Also, after my order was placed I received a very nice tip about a wine that I had ordered (nice surprise!). Because of damage during the shipment, my package was re-boxed by the carrier and two of my wine bottles did not make it to me. Wilde Wijnen responded right away and sorted the issue with me efficiently. I received the refund for the two bottles and it was a painless process. THANK YOU for a great experience. I will be buying again!
