War heute im Shop. Schwerer Handy-Absturz: selbst der Ausschalt-Button war funktionslos. Bei vergeblichen Ausschalt-Versuchen versehentlich 2x Notrufe abgesetzt. Bei GRAVIS konnte mir sofort geholfen werden, Handy lebt wieder. Danke!!!
Was in the shop today. Severe mobile phone crash: even the switch-off button didn't work. In the case of unsuccessful attempts to switch it off, 2x emergency calls were accidentally made. At GRAVIS I was able to get help immediately, my cell phone is alive again. Thanks!!!

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Meine Airpods Pro, die ich nicht bei Apple oder Gravis gekauft habe, sind anstandslos im Rahmen der Garantie ausgetauscht worden. Die Abwicklung begleitend mit emails über den Reparaturstatus war innerhalb von 3 Tagen erledigt. Man fühlt sich willkommen und aufgehoben. Erstklassiger Service, vielen Dank!

This store offered Worst service to me. I had my Battery replacement. AFter battery repalcement they told me that now the phone is completely fine but it was in exact same situation as earlier with unexpected shutdowns. THey fooled me that it is a software problem, make a hard reset etc but nothing worked. Then agian I went to Gravis store and told them about my problem, then they told me that they are running some tests on my phone and it is fine. again I came back charged my phone the whole night but nothing worked. The battery was not at all storing charge. Then again I went back to this store and told them third time about the issue, then they told me that the battery which they replaced was faulty adn they are trying to make the phone working and then they installed battery again. The question is why to fool the customer by saying there is no hardware problem just software issue? Why they did'nt run tests at the first time before handing over me the phone. Worst Service ever !
