★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag wederom hun uitstekende service mogen ervaren. Van een bril van Oakley die ik daar heb gekocht liet de coating los. Ondanks intensief gebruik, hebben ze dit keurig opgelost. Niet alleen het betreffende onderdeel is vervangen; ik kreeg een compleet nieuwe bril. Ook bij eerdere situaties een perfecte service! Misschien wat duurder dan de prijsstunters, maar dat krijg je via service weer dubbel en dwars terug.
Today again experienced their excellent service. Oakley glasses that I bought there had the coating coming off. Despite intensive use, they have solved this nicely. Not only the part concerned has been replaced; I got completely new glasses. Perfect service even in previous situations! Perhaps a bit more expensive than the price stunters, but you will get that in return through service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben al ruim 10 jaar klant bij deze opticiën. Zeer deskundig in zowel brillen als lenzen. Ze proberen je geen extra produkten aan te smeren, zoals je bij de prijsvechters weleens tegenkomt. Bijzonder vriendelijke medewerkers. Het is ook mooi om te zien dat er zowel wat oudere als wat jongere mensen werken. Je kunt bij een probleem ook bouwen op hun ervaring. Dit heb ik al eens ervaren en de service is me heel goed bevallen.
I have been a customer of this optician for over 10 years. Very knowledgeable in both glasses and contact lenses. They do not try to sell you extra products, as you sometimes encounter with the price fighters. Particularly friendly employees. It is also nice to see that both older and younger people work there. You can also build on their experience with a problem. I have experienced this before and I really liked the service.
