Nice shop and friendly staff. Professional and skilled eye test. Take the time to pick out a nice pair of glasses and think carefully. Wide choice of brands and models. I have been a very satisfied customer for years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze mensen hebben me zo vaak goed geholpen, ze zijn altijd klantvriendelijk, gastvrij en geduldig. De medewerkers hebben me vaak uit de brand geholpen, ook als ik ongezellig was of om 2 minuten voor sluit. Ik zou de zaak zeker aanraden, zowel qua klantvriendelijkheid als vakkundigheid.
These people have helped me so many times, they are always customer-friendly, hospitable and patient. The employees often helped me out, even when I was unsociable or when it closes 2 minutes before. I would definitely recommend the business, both in terms of customer friendliness and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to pay to NOT have your contactlenses delivered to your house. After complaining to customer service about this ridiculous concept, I was informed that this is just how it works and they will be actively promoting this nonsense.
I literally paid extra to walk out the door with the lenses I already had in my hands...
Paying for not using a service must be one of the most idiotic things I ever experienced from any company. Don't go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semi friendly staff, employee tried deceiving me by saying that i only have warranty for 1 year for my glasses while i have warranty for 2 years. The price is extremely high, 100 euro for one lens, so either you walk with one eye, or pay 200 euro for both lenses excluding the frame.
