Verhuurder Niesje heeft aan alles gedacht. Prijs en kwaliteit zijn absoluut in verhouding. U voelt zich in een van haar huizen de koning te rijk. Prachtig!!! I am a Texel resident and do not know any landlord on Texel who has built and furnished her holiday homes with such dedication. Landlord Niesje has thought of everything. Price and quality are absolutely in proportion. You will feel like a king in one of her houses. Magnificent!!!
D	Dennis Heijmink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ongekend mooie en luxe huizen! Voor het tweede jaar verblijven wij in één van de huisjes van Groenendaal Texel. Al tijdens het boeken ervaar je de gastvrijheid en betrokkenheid van de eigenaresse Niesje. Vorig jaar waren we verrast door de pracht van het vakantiehuis Klaproos. Het leverde een belangrijke bijdrage aan de fantastische vakantie die we toen hadden. Met die ervaring in de broekzak hadden we onze verwachtingen voor dit jaar getemperd: we wilden niet teleurgesteld zijn. Dat bleek niet nodig. Ook de Sparappel is ongekend mooi, luxe en volledig ingericht. Aan ieder detail is gedacht en alles wat je in het huis aantreft lijkt speciaal voor het huis te zijn gemaakt. Er is een prachtig terras en een ruime tuin waar de kinderen heerlijk kunnen genieten. We hebben in het verleden vaker “villa’s” in deze prijscategorie gehuurd, maar nooit zoiets moois gehad. De huisjes zijn erg schoon. Door de ligging (fietsen: 5 min zee, 10 min De Koog en 15 minuten Den Burg) aan de rand van het bos is alles dichtbij, maar heb je wel je eigen rust en ruimte. De enige twijfel die je over de huisjes kunt hebben is hoe vaak je gaat. Unprecedentedly beautiful and luxurious houses! For the second year we stay in one of the houses of Groenendaal Texel. You will experience the hospitality and commitment of the owner Niesje during the booking process. Last year we were surprised by the beauty of the holiday home Klaproos. It made an important contribution to the fantastic holiday we had then. With that experience in the pocket we had tempered our expectations for this year: we didn't want to be disappointed. That turned out not to be necessary. The Sparappel is also incredibly beautiful, luxurious and fully furnished. Every detail has been thought of and everything you find in the house seems to have been specially made for the house. There is a beautiful terrace and a spacious garden where the children can enjoy. We've often rented “villas” in this price category in the past, but never had anything so beautiful. The cottages are very clean. Because of its location (cycling: 5 min sea, 10 min De Koog and 15 minutes Den Burg) on the edge of the forest, everything is close by, but you do have your own peace and space. The only doubt you can have about the cottages is how often you go.
