Huisje gehuurd in 2021. Huisje was niet schoon gemaakt! Ziek geworden met virus door het niet schoonmaken. Lakens vol vlekken. Tuin vol met ratten! En het decor en meubilair was oud en kapot. Ik vind 2 sterren nog te aardig. Maar het personeel was vriendelijk genoeg.
Cottage rented in 2021. Cottage was not cleaned! Got sick with virus due to not cleaning. Sheets full of stains. Garden full of rats! And the decor and furniture was old and broken. I think 2 stars is still too nice. But the staff were friendly enough.

Sehr schöne Häuser und Wohnungen. Leider nicht sehr kulant gewesen 2020 beim stornieren wegen Corona, es wurde zusätzlich noch zu den ohnehin schon hohen Kosten noch extra eine Stornierungs pauschale verlangt. Darum habe ich mir jetzt einen Vermieter gesucht bei dem dies kostenfrei ist. Nicht optimal sind Samstags die Zeiten zum Schlüssel holen. Dort wartet man unter Umständen sehr lange.
Very nice houses and apartments. Unfortunately, we were not very accommodating in 2020 when canceling due to Corona, in addition to the already high costs, a flat-rate cancellation fee was requested. That is why I have now looked for a landlord where this is free of charge. The times to pick up the keys on Saturdays are not ideal. You may have to wait a long time there.

VORSICHT!!! Keinerlei Kulanz trotz strengem Lockdown in NL. Es wird streng nach den Allgemeinen Reisebedingungen gehandelt. Das heißt in unserem Fall, dass wir auf 90% der Kosten sitzen bleiben, obwohl wir nach den geltenden Kontaktbeschränkungen als Familie nicht einmal anreisen dürfen. Keine Umbuchung gegen Gebühr, kein Storno oder Teilstorno oder Rabatt bei Neubuchung, man beißt auf Granit. Trotz vulnerabler Kundengruppe (Oma mit 80Jahren und ungeimpfte Kinder unter 11). KRASS, dass man in einer solchen Ausnahmesituation so wenig Verständnis und Entgegenkommen erwarten kann. TJA, einmal und nie wieder!!

Aanbod huizen is groot, huizen zijn over het algemeen prima qua inrichting en uitrusting. Dit jaar in orchismient 18 groot en klein gezeten met 3 gezinnen. Allemaal prima, maar de kosten die je betaald voor schoonmaak slaan nergens op. De hondenharen van de vorige 'bewoners' lagen overal incl zand. En dan betaal je € 20 extra per hond bovenop de normale schoonmaakkosten. Dan mag je toch een redelijk schoon huis verwachten..

Dreckig ohne Ende, leider erneut enttäuscht und das war es dann auch mit Kobeko. Dreck ist die eine Sache, aber in einem der großen Schlafzimmer war nicht nur eine Stelle die mit Schimmel befallen war. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft aus, soweit ja nicht schlimm, allerdings befanden sich dieverse Essensreste sowie unzählige kleine fliegen in ihm. Die Waschmaschine, sowie der Trockner waren mit Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter und vielen schwarzen Hundehaaren bestückt. Viel mehr als ekelhaft fällt einem da ja nicht zu ein. Schade, dass sich von der Verwaltung nichts angenommen wird, mit einem vernünftigen Gespräch hätte man diese schlechte Rezension umgehen können.
Dirty without end, unfortunately disappointed again and that was it with Kobeko. Dirt is one thing, but there wasn't just one spot in one of the large bedrooms that was covered with mold. The refrigerator was off on arrival, so far not bad, but there were leftovers and countless small flies in it. The washing machine and the dryer were stocked with legacies from the previous tenants and lots of black dog hair. Much more than disgusting comes to mind. It is a shame that nothing is accepted by the administration, with a reasonable conversation one could have avoided this bad review.

Kobeko heeft een groot aanbod. Van matige (tikje verouderd) tot goede kwaliteit huisjes. Dat is overigens doorgaans prima in de prijs verwerkt. We bezoeken ze met enige regelmaat. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De schoonmaakkosten ervaren wij als onrealistisch en hoog. Er is best wat te zeggen voor vaste schoonmaak kosten, maar de toevoeging voor één huisdier, en een eventuele verdubbeling voor een tweede huisdier is gewoon merkwaardig. Zeker wanneer de basis schoonmaakprijs al hoog ligt. Wij kunnen nog steeds de neiging onderdrukken de woning onverzorgd achter te laten, maar hebben daarbij wel het idee Kobeko een kado te geven. Hier zit echt een punt voor verbetering. Suggestie: schenk de 'schone' huurder een deel van de schoonmaakkosten terug in de vorm van een tegoed. Zo maak je de huurder een compliment, stimuleer je schoon gedrag bij de volgende verhuur, doe je aan klantenbinding en wordt een realistischer beeld van de schoonmaakkosten geregeld.

We experience the cleaning costs as unrealistic and high. There is quite a bit to be said for fixed cleaning costs, but the addition for one pet, and a possible doubling for a second pet, is just curious. Especially when the basic cleaning price is already high. We can still suppress the tendency to leave the house unkempt, but we do have the idea of ​​giving Kobeko a present. There is really a point for improvement here. Suggestion: give the 'clean' tenant a part of the cleaning costs back in the form of a credit. In this way you compliment the tenant, you stimulate clean behavior during the next rental, you increase customer loyalty and a more realistic picture of the cleaning costs is arranged.

A beautiful location, ruined by absence of care. We stayed as a family of 5 at The Parel, house 234. The location as well as the garden were stunning. Plenty of room and privacy with great access to stunning locations. The positive aspects, however, end there. The room itself appeared as though maintenance last took place when the VOC disbanded in 1798. A few minor details that could have been more than easy to solve before our arrival: 1) A large proportion of lightbulbs not working. When called to fix the issue, the lightbulbs were "not capable of being fixed"... 2) It appears as though the idea of paying attention to COVID measures has eluded Kobeko - no masks, no distance kept, cash exchanges required, standing in queues to collect keys etc. etc. 3) Master bedroom has no plugs.. This would not have been an issue if it would have been addressed early on. 4) Room designed for four, yet sold for five. There were 5 made up beds, with 5 sets of bedsheets - meaning someone at Kobeko had obviously prepared for 5 people to stay in the room.. How then, does it escape that same individual to address the fact that there are 4 dining seats, 4 sets of each type of plate, cutlery, basically 4 of everything. This is starting to seem like profit maximization towards immoral extents. 5) Furniture in bad need of replacement. Particularly outdoor furniture dated back to the era where plastic was first invented. 6) Graffiti (a big W - possibly dating back to king Willem the 1st by the looks of the furniture - carved on the table), could be gotten rid of fairly easily I imagine. 7) There is a shed which we would have loved to store our bikes in, and so spent a while looking for the keys before contacting Kobeko - the shed was private and not included in the price. Not a problem if this would have been conveyed at the beginning (how difficult would a slight amount of communication be??) 8) Walls covered in holes and unused plugs... continues the trend of no attention payed to details. One can date the house by counting the unused plugs in the walls if one is experienced in such matters. Overall, all the points above could be solved very easily with a bit of attention. Making guests feel as though they do not move back to an underprivileged 14th century location would appear to me as a top priority. Once more, the location is stunning, but paying nearly a thousand Euro's a week for a room where attention to detail is far from being found almost leads one to the conclusion that this is a complete rip-off. I have no doubt people will continue to book as the island is incredibly popular (with good reason), but I implore you, Kobeko, to have some respect for your clients and at least try maintain the rooms to a standard where you yourself would feel comfortable staying.
