Het is een jong bedrijf die z'n best doet maar moet nog wel werken aan de communicatie, feedback en dan met name de terugkoppeling. Ik kan me voorstellen dat je niet alles op voorraad hebt en wellicht ook iets bij de leverancier besteld bij bestelling maar communiceer snel en duidelijk zodat men weet waar ze aan toe zijn. Dit gaat meestal over serieuze bedragen en mensen willen gewoon weten hoe het zit met de bestelling. Stagnatie? Geef het even door. Ik zou hier best opnieuw bestellen. Neat website with a good overview. Looks reliable and has a quality mark. Prices are quite competitive. It is a young company that is doing its best, but still has to work on communication, feedback and especially feedback. I can imagine that you do not have everything in stock and perhaps also ordered something from the supplier when ordering, but communicate quickly and clearly so that they know where they stand. This is usually about serious amounts and people just want to know about the order. Stagnation? Pass it on. I would order here again.
