★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a super store with friendly and more importantly, helpful staff. Products and services a bit more pricey compared to the competition (i.e. GAMMA) but it was OK because the family business gave the warm feeling and the location was more convenient.
Sadly, things seem to have changed and apparently they're operating with ones and zeros now. No flexibility whatsoever, seemingly OK with losing a long time customer over an honest mistake by refusing an exchange (not even a refund, an exchange), within the hour.
Good riddance.

Even during lockdown it has been so simple to whatsapp the store with questions, order online, and I have even been able to pick up orders within minutes :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming from America, this is easily the best DIY shop I've ever been into. Places like this just don't exist in the states. They have everything you could possibly need, from keys, to toilet seats, to potting soil, to tools, to nuts & bolts. They have EVERYTHING and their prices are very reasonable. I've used their services many times during Covid and my orders have always been ready for pick-up within an hour of placing my order. Staff is extremely friendly and are VERY patient with my lack of Dutch. They are also available on WhatsApp and phone without delay. As long as this place is around there is no need for Amazon or Bol. Top marks!

They have all the small things you need at home - from door knobs to paint, glue, bags keys, etc. We bought many things from them during the renovations of our house and they are amazing. They are responsive online, you can order and pick things up in a matter of minutes and they can give you advice both in the store and on whatsapp - life saving!
