β β β β β When we ask the young lady at the counter if the 10% coupon can be used. She scoftly says no (although they are part of the list where we can use those coupons) and continue with the transaction process.
Also when my mother was done with her payment, she removed the card and throw it, instead of handing it out nicely. Talk about bad attitude. I won't scream racism, although my mother thinks she is being racist.
