★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff wouldn't help, there weren't enough sizes; everything that I actually liked was only on L and I needed either S or M and I tried to find my sizes in 10 pieces and the sizes weren't there, when I asked a girl from the staff if she could help me she was super rude and told me she was busy and when inside that happened with at least 3 or 4 of the members of the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed in this store. Yesterday we witnessed such horrible service of one young male employee, it left us shocked. He basically screamed at one of the customers without cause, which left us with a rather horrendous feeling for the rest of the day. We will not be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despicable behaviour from your employees. Harassing and insulting customers without a cause. Get rid of that attitude and that staff member and maybe more people will start coming back. Incredible amount of disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go with little kids! Staff are not looking around when running in the store. Today one of them hurt my 2 years old daughter and even didn't say sorry! We are visiting Roermond frequently and it happened to us for the second time in the same store. They should train their employees to care about little ones and if they hurt accidentally they should say sorry at least! It never happened in any other store but only in super dry - 2 times!
