Na reactie hieronder de rating iets aangepast.
Voor een retour schijn je een retourformulier nodig te hebben. Op de pagina waar staat dat je dit kunt downloaden, is er niks beschikbaar. Hier een mail over gestuurd, geen reactie. Toen maar zonder formulier geretourneerd. Vervolgens nooit meer wat van gehoord en geen geld terug gekregen. Slechte service is een understatement.

You seem to need a return form for a return. There is nothing available on the page that says you can download this. Sent an email about this, no response. Then returned without form. Never heard from again and never got a refund. Bad service is an understatement.
