★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to take money off at a GWK cash machine in Amsterdam Centraal Station. I used a GWK machine and it got to the point of a message on the machine saying please take your cash but the flap for the money dispenser didn’t open. I emailed GWK and they said I had to contact my bank. I did and filled in a reversal of payment but they said it takes up to 50 days.
Why they should know from the cash in the machine that they are over and it was t dispensed. Many weeks later I’m still waiting for cash that someone is holding. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Beware when using GWK machines, try and find a reputable Bank machine instead where you can get faster help if necessary.
