R	Rinske Kegel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Men neemt rustig de tijd om mensen te helpen. Daardoor moet je wel langer wachten. Maar ben heel vriendelijk geholpen. They take the time to help people. That means you have to wait longer. But I was helped very kindly.

Kleine tip, ondanks dat het misschien logisch is dat mensen het weten; Vertel even hoe de wisselkoers erbij staat (als dit makkelijk op te zoeken valt voor jullie). Dan voorkom je misschien boze/ontevreden gezichten... I received excellent assistance on the phone and at the counter. The lady at the counter was friendly and personally interested, nice to chat with. Small tip, despite it might make sense for people to know; Tell us about the exchange rate (if this is easy for you to look up). Then you might avoid angry / dissatisfied faces...
M	Myra R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schandalige koers+provisie. Reken erop dat je 10% kwijt bent van het eindbedrag dat je wilt wisselen in euros. Online bestellen (wat nu niet eens lukt want de amateuristische website ligt er uit vanwege een hack) van buitenlandse valuta is eveneens heel duur. Mijd dit geldwisselkantoor! Outrageous price + commission. Count on losing 10% of the final amount that you want to exchange in euros. Ordering online (which is not even possible now because the amateur website is down due to a hack) for foreign currency is also very expensive. Avoid this money exchange office!

P	P L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are really bad exchange rates, but OK I decided to exchange cash anyway, so I accepted the rate 3.9 but when I gave the cash it turned out to be 3.3. This don't exchange money there, unless you want to lose a lot.
