I told the guy at the desk that they get a commission that's too high. His response was there is no commission. Which is obviously nonsense since it's reflected in the exchange rate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. The employee named Lenneke complained all throughout the process because she had to count the money I was exchanging, and because their machines didn’t work. She was extremely rude to me, literally blaming me for not placing the bills in numerical order and seeming very frustrated for having to order and count the money, which is literally her job. I don’t fully understand why she was so rude to me, but it was truly an awful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My card was STOLEN by the ATM in the station (I only looked at my bank statement, nothing else). I called Travelex and was informed that they do not service that ATM and that they do not contact the people who do service the ATM. They were extremely rude and unhelpful over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would.
DO NOT USE THESE ATMs. Other people were also experiencing problems.
Edit: This was a Revolut card - one of the companies putting Travelex and their insane exchange rates out of business. I don't think we can rule out that this is intentional on the part of Travelex to discourage people from using Wise or revolut-type banks.
