Very tense by some customers, but the employees make up for it. But yes they are behind glass employees cool atmosphere let's say not smooth

Je krijgt een persoonlijk pasje waar al je gegevens op staan zodat ze gelijk alles kunnen zien waar je het naartoe moet gestuurd worden. Vriendelijke medewerkers die je snel helpen. Tevens kun je er een rekening betalen of buitenlands geld ophalen of wisselen.
Very useful if you send money abroad. You get a personal pass with all your data on it so they can see everything you need to send it to. Friendly employees who help you quickly. You can also pay an invoice or collect or exchange foreign currency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place used to be more important in the days before the Euro. Now I only visit it because it has the only cash machine in the neighborhood. Still handy if you have to exchange or send money outside the EU I guess.
