★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hans was my therapist for almost 4 years. I started out as an almost autistic mess of a person and with the help of his 1-1 sessions I came out of my head and into the world. The Bonding group therapy was a sort of graduation from the 1-1 sessions and helped me work interpersonal relationships, and do much deeper work relating to integrating inner children. I am a completely different person after my time with Hans, i will be forever grateful. He literally saved my life. 5 stars. Best psychiatrist I have ever had and I had them all.
