★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik hou van oude lijstjes en heb alle foto's en kunst die ik wilde inlijsten door hen laten doen. Ze hebben zelfs voor mij de achterkant van de lijsten netjes opgeknapt omdat ze allemaal half vergaan waren. Op tijd, handwerk en vriendelijk advies.
I love old frames and have them do all the photos and art I wanted to frame. They even tidied up the back of the frames for me because they were all half-wrecked. On time, manual work and friendly advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service! Lijst besteld voor een verjaardag, dit zou allemaal goed zijn en op tijd geleverd worden. Vervolgens is de lijst zwart, compleet anders dan in de winkel. Vervolgens is de lijst opnieuw besteld bij de leverancier en was deze wederom zwart. De klantenservice was slecht, niet de klant het gevoel geven hier actief achteraan te zitten.
Vervolgens 4 (!) weken later, was de print eerst nergens te bekennen bij het ophalen. Vervolgens nogmaals terug gekomen toen de print gevonden was en geld terug gekregen. Eenmaal thuis was het originele certificaat verdwenen!
Gevraagd is deze op te sturen.... nog dramatischer werd, toen ze het certificaat bij het verkeerde adres in de bus hebben gegooid en tot op heden is deze nog steeds kwijt.
Nadat ik de account manager heb gebeld, is het certificaat terug gevonden en heb ik een gratis frame als compensatie gekregen. Heel fijn, maar het heeft wel ontzettend veel tijd en energie gekost.
Bad service! Frame ordered for a birthday, this would all be good and delivered on time. Then the frame is black, completely different from the store. The frame was then re-ordered from the supplier and again black. Customer service was poor, did not give the customer the feeling of being actively behind this.
Then 4 (!) Weeks later, the print was nowhere to be seen when picking it up. Then came back again when the print was found and money back. Once home, the original certificate was gone!
It was requested to send it .... became even more dramatic when they threw the certificate in the box at the wrong address and to date it has still been lost.
After I called the account manager, the certificate was found and I received a free frame as compensation. Very nice, but it took a lot of time and energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zelf wacht ik nog op terugkoppeling op m’n Facebook bericht...
In principe ben ik goed geholpen, direct aan de beurt (let op: andere ingang dan de art supplies, dus je hoeft niet in de rij te staan). De heer in de winkel heeft me vriendelijk geholpen en met me meegekeken welke (kleur) lijst (zwart of goud) het beste paste bij de foto die ik wil gaan inlijsten. Uiteindelijk €24,60 betaald voor een A4 zwart houten wissellijst (ik weet niet of dit duurzaam hout is), support your local shop.
Helaas was er geen tijd/het niet mogelijk om mijn foto ter plekke in het frame te plaatsen (‘moet je thuis even voor gaan zitten, het is niet moeilijk’).
Echter, eenmaal thuis haalde ik de lijst uit de verpakking en blijken er lijmresten (?) op de hoeken te zitten, dus daarover heb ik een fb bericht gestuurd om te vragen of dat de bedoeling is.

In principle, I was well helped, right away (note: entrance other than the art supplies, so you do not have to queue). The gentleman in the store kindly helped me and looked with me to see which (color) frame (black or gold) best suited the photo I want to frame. Ultimately paid € 24.60 for an A4 black wooden bill frame (I don't know if this is sustainable wood), support your local shop.
Unfortunately, there was no time / it was not possible to place my photo in the frame on the spot ("you have to sit down at home, it is not difficult").
However, once at home I took the frame out of the packaging and there are adhesive residues (?) On the corners, so I sent a fb message about that if that is the intention.
