★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijna 2 jaar na aankoop meldde ik per mail bij H.J. de Rooy dat er rafels uit de zijkant van mijn portemonnee kwamen. Direct volgde er reactie dat ik, ondanks dat ik geen aankoopbewijs kon overleggen, de portemonnee mocht opsturen zodat zij dit konden verhelpen. Enkele dagen later kreeg ik een gloednieuwe portemonnee toegestuurd. Dit is TOP service. Een dikke pluim voor H.J. De Rooy.
Almost 2 years after purchase, I reported to H.J. de Rooy that there were frays from the side of my wallet. Immediately there was a response that, although I could not provide proof of purchase, I was allowed to send the wallet so that they could fix it. A few days later I received a brand new wallet. This is TOP service. A big compliment to H.J. De Rooy.
