Mijn dochter van 14 ging vandaag naar de winkel. Ze is geopereerd aan haar oren en heeft long problemen. Ze kan geen mondkapje dragen. Ze kwam de winkel niet in. Ze moest maar een lapje voor haar mond houden. Waar is de menselijkheid gebleven? Ga jullie dood schamen! 1000den euros bij jullie uitgegeven, bijna alle kleding van baby af aan bij jullie gekocht en dan gaan jullie zo met jullie klanten om? Bah!
Terrible shop, bad service.
My 14 year old daughter went to the store today. She has had surgery on her ears and has lung problems. She can't wear a mask. She didn't come into the store. She just had to hold a piece of cloth over her mouth. Where has humanity gone? Shame on you to death! Spent 1000s of euros with you, bought almost all your clothes from baby on and that's how you treat your customers? Bah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff did not let me exchange or get my money back from the new smart pants that I had to return because they did not fit me. The pants had, of course, the 2 HYM tags on them. I left the pants on the cashdesk angry because anyway I can not use them. In other words, the did not offer me any solution and I lost my money. I contacted the customer service online and they replied saying that they did not understand what I was saying. I am not going to buy in an HYM store again.
