β β β β β Good range of clothes but very poor customer service. A female employee with black hair and a long arm tattoo was very rude. While trying to clarify the price of my items at the register, she claimed that I was wasting her time. Excuse me for trying to not pay full price for a shirt that was on sale. Will not shop there again.

β β β β β Don't order H&M clothes online hm.com ! If you do be prepared to pay to return items. I ordered some shoes for my son that did not fit correctly. The invoice gave 2 options for returning items. Bring it to PostNL and pay or return the item for free to a physical H&M shop. To save money any CO2 I decided to burn some calories and return the items for free to a H&M 2km away. I put on a mask (the reason I shopped online in the first place) and entered the shop only to be told they don't accept returns! I had to take it to PostNL and pay!
Don't put it on the invoice if you don't honor your word! This multinational just lost a customer.
