Depressed atmosphere between the crew.
My worst experience : in the fitting rooms 'helped' by a English girl who gave the impression she was forced to work there. Really rude, no smile, no life inside her.
Please girl, change your working place because you give H&M a bad impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude we received from one of the employees today was absolutely unacceptable from every aspect.
I am not sure if the reason that she detested us in such a horrid manner was of that we both appeared to be Asian ethnic, the fact that we were both wearing face masks while others do not, or if we really made such an unforgivable mistake that, unaware of the close time to be so early at 18: 00, we intruded and used the fitting room when we were not suppose to. Oh, by the way, the barricade used looked much like a hanging bar for returned clothes, so please consider use a different barricade for future references. Either way, she did not even pretend to hide her sinister countenance or discriminating tone.
I do not understand if I just ran into some culture shock there, or if this is the business philosophy of customer service inhered in H&M company. Whichever the case may be, best of luck to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite in order everytime I visit. Altho when I ask for help, I don't want to be pointed into the right direction. I would like someone to actually help me. Also the separation between upstairs and downstairs its quite irritable. If you try on clothes from upstairs in the downstairs fitting rooms, and you need another size. They expect you to get fully dressed again and get it yourself instead of offering their service. Could be better!
