I have bought several items of the same kind because I wanted to see first if it is going to fit my dress. I have specifically asked to the responsible person if I can bring these back if I am not happy with. She said it is possible to return everything back in 30 days and I do not get my money back but can exchange it and buy other things. i agreed and bought the stuff I wanted. Today I went to the store to give a couple of things back and what I heard was that I cannot return the earrings because of the hygiene reasons. I fully understand this. It is mostly the case in many stores. But what I do not understand is that why the person did not mention it at all. When I asked this question to her, she replied in a very rude manner that she forgot it. That’s fine too but what about me? They changed the purse and another thing but I did not get my receipt for the other items either. I see that returning policy is kind of problematic.
