For me it is always important the first impression . That was very friendly and Tomoko appeared to be a very amicable person and interested in provided me a wide range solution .
I am violinist and I had some concerning matter over my violin. On a spot I was offered optional approach to cope with my concern. And I was very happy with that.
Secondly, Tomoko is very responding and holding also responsibilities . She is always reacting and willing to help you with small and big question.
Thirdly, the result of her job is satisfying. I am happy to have service at her shop.
I would recommend Tomoko shop to musicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been renting violins for my son from Tomoko for almost 2 years, on the advice of his first violin teacher. The service is great, really polite and the price is fair. Five months ago I also had repairs done on a nice violin that was given to me and that hadn’t been played for 15 years (!). Tomoko gave very honest and clear advice on the prices of different repairs and components and helped me choose with no pressure. I was impressed that the repairs were done earlier than the expected date. The quality of the repairs is also great (including New York neck repair, new bridge and fingerboard). We will continue to use her rental services and come to her for repairs and purchases.

When I went to drop of my violin she gave me a quick details of what was needed, advised me for new strings, and answered all my concerns. She also gave me a reference for my bows. She is very friendly and professional. My violin is now as good as new and sounds better than ever! Very recommanded.
