They do trade-ins and the evaluations are fair market value. The advice of the staff is sound in my opinion, they are not pushy. My impression is they prefer a happy customer that comes back for more as opposed to make a quick buck. Repairs, exchanges, buyers remorse!! are all dealt with in a nice and reasonable manner by Rob and his team. If you are there knock on the managers office door and catch a glimpse at some amazing vintage gear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is stellar. A lot of options for acoustic and electric. Tons of pedals and other gear as well. Just bought a Guild from them. Setups are free with the purchase of new strings. Will be back to shop for an amp soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store today to check out 2 guitars, expected to be there for approx. an hour but stayed almost 2 hours due to the sheer choice and fantastic customer service of the team. In the end I left with the guitar I wanted AND another one at a fantastic price point! Incredibly happy with the purchase, the service and the atmosphere. Thanks a lot!
