Wij werken alleen met schone, goed onderhouden en relatief nieuwe voertuigen. Deze voertuigen zijn voorzien van airconditioning, geavanceerde GPS-systemen en veiligheidssystemen voor de passagier(s) en de chauffeur. Met een eigen controlevoertuig houden wij toezicht op de kwaliteit van uitvoering, de representativiteit van de chauffeurs en de service die wordt verleend. Zo kunnen wij onze kwaliteit waarborgen. Heeft u ondanks onze inzet toch een vraag of klacht, dan horen wij dit uiteraard graag.

What a service: the car was stinking from smoke; the driver was asking me for directions in spite of having a perfectly working gps. In the end he dropped me off 200meters away, as I didn't fancy yet another de-tour for extra10 euro. In summary: never again.

Don't use this company, horrible service!!! Their taxi driver was a bully and a hustler, refused to charge pin and insisted they only receive cash. We almost missed our train having to run around getting cash from the ATM to pay him and get our luggage back! 3rd world near-mugging experience, avoid at all cost!

TERRIBLE! Do not use this company. Today I had a job interview, ordered taxi and no arrival after 18 minutes. I called to ask where is the taxi, operator said, the taxi has now got other passengers. I said, What are you talking about? I have been at my home waiting for the taxi. He said somebody else had been outside my door, and instead took my taxi. (Driver did not ask obviously if they had booked it). Phone operator did not apologise, instead yelled at me and spoke over me as I said I am now late for a job interview and this is terrible service. No solutions offered for their error, do not trust this company especially if you have important meeting!

Bad bad bad service. They don’t show up and they don’t warn you. I booked a taxi the day before since I had a visit in the early morning and I needed to be in that place at a specific time ( I said that in the reservation). I called At the time in which the taxi was supposed to be there and the (rude) lady at the phone just said β€œ we didn’t have a taxi for you. It will arrive but not now”. Unacceptable.

Booked a taxi to pay by card. Took 20 minutes to arrive then the driver tried to insist on taking us to our final destination of Schipol rather than to Haag Central station to get a train, telling us it was the same price (train is less than half the price of a taxi). The driver then told us his life story and added in a bit of xenophobia for fun, then insisted we pay cash, and wouldn’t give us any change because I asked for a receipt, so it cost us €20 instead of €18. Scam artists, terrible service. Avoid.

PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT use this service and contribute to the continuing of their horrible service. I had to go to an important meeting and taking the taxi would take 20 minutes faster than public transport. They were late for 20 minutes and they sent the driver to the wrong address. The customer service person was Incredibly rude, shouting at me and gave a half-hearted apology and offered a 10% discount which I think was really not proportionate at all to the damages caused to me as a customer. Considering I could have taken a public transport I gained absolutely nothing from the taxi trip, no time nor money saved and I had to pay €20 for all that. I understand the driver still had to drive me so there were costs incurred, and that's why the company then had to PAY for the costs as they did NOT provide the very very important element of a taxi service, which is PUNCTUALITY, that a taxi customer should expect. They won't pick up my calls anymore and too bad as a customer at the end of the day you really can't do anything other than complaining on the internet, and hoping that people wouldn't use their service so that they'll change.

Avoid! Horrible! Such an unprofessional company. Driver was late, he took off before my baby was secured in his seat, took a detour to pick something up privately, he was speeding and tailing on the highway and he ripped us off when we arrived at Schiphol. He insisted on paying cash and charged 95 euro, 10 more than agreed when booking. He said pin wasn't possible. After we said we only had 60 cash, his pin device magically appeared. I called to complain and they said they would book 10 euro back, which never happened.
