Vorige week was ik echter niet tevreden met het uiteindelijke kleurresultaat van mijn pas geverfde haar. Geen gemopper, geen gezeur, een simpel telefoontje van mijn kant was voldoende voor de desbetreffende kapster om mij vriendelijk uit te nodigen om mijn haar (gratis!) over te kleuren. Prima service! Ik ben tevreden weer naar huis gegaan. I have been a customer here for years. In general, I am very satisfied with both the professionalism of the hairdressers here and the customer-friendliness. However, last week I was not satisfied with the final color result of my newly dyed hair. No complaining, no nagging, a simple phone call from my side was enough for the hairdresser in question to invite me to color my hair (for free!). Excellent service! I went home satisfied.
