β β β β β Very bad experience, never again. I was waiting for almost 30 min from the time of my appointment and I was charged money for haircut and blow dry, while there was no blow dry made. I paid, because I didnβt wanted to spoil my day with arguing,but I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

They are always helpful getting an appointment when most suitable for you which is rare in Amsterdam.

β β β β β After years of trials in Amsterdam, I am so happy with Hairchef! I have tried many, including big brands saloons, and was always very frustrated with both colouring and styling. As a brunette, I can say he is absolutely the best! I always get a super natural final effect and he uses the best products, never had an itch or irritation, also during the treatment and I have very sensitive, pale skin. Staff is very friendly and stable (no risk of unexperienced newcomers). Definitely recommend!

β β β β β I had a really good experience here. The staff accommodated my English speaking very well. The stylists were knowledgeable, professional and talented. The seemed to really enjoy working together. It was a positive atmosphere. There's a little room for improvement but I'll definitely be back. The pros outweigh the cons for me.
Pros: Great cut. Gorgeous color. Friendly staff. Lively environment. The stylist listened to what I wanted but also gave his professional input as well, which I appreciated. Easy to find.
Cons: My appointment was at 2 and they didn't get started until 2:30(ish). The process felt faster once they got started. Also, it was quite expensive. Bayalage, cut and style was β¬250. I'm not used to paying for a blow-dry when I've already paid for a cut, color and toner. Usually, this is something that is included with this many services.
