β β β β β It was my third time with them. The girl who cut my hair started very nicely and politely. But despite clear instructions she cut my hair way too short (it took me 6 months to grow :( When I complained they completely dismissed me. I told them I will not pay for this service. And then they became rude and threatening saying they will call the police & "you dont want to be on the streets tonight" . But I took a stance. Left them my contact details and told them I will happily follow up if they want to.
Haircutting is about satisfying the customer. I came back very disspointed and not only that but also threatened.

β β β β β Great experience overall. The hairdresser was friendly and it seemed like her ultimate goal was to give me the exact haircut I wanted (and she succeeded in doing that). Very reasonable price as well.

β β β β β Searched for a hairdresser and found this absolute great shop! Mounir has his shop up and running perfectly and I am always happy leaving the shop with perfectly cut hair. Apart from the good haircut the advise how to treat your hair is also always on point.

β β β β β I've never been the biggest fan of French cuisine but after a full night of heavy drinking and partying, on my way back home, while not exactly knowing where I was, I stumbled upon Chez Fred. Feeling a bit dizzy and quite hungover decided to order chef's surprise menu even before seeing the menu.
Imagine my surprise when I woke up that Saturday evening with the best hairdo I've had in years.
I remember nothing about the food quality, and have no idea what they did to Fred cuz I haven't seen him eversince but in all these years after that incident I've been satisfied with the hairstyling result. The staff are lovely and professional too.
So if you ever find yourself in the Hague feeling like eating some boiled frogs, fried snails or whatever weird 'food' French are into, do yourself a favor and just go to Chez Fred, order the chef's surprise menu, and have a proper haircut. Cuz that's what you need in your life, and for sweet baby Jesus' sake leave the freaking frogs and snails alone!

β β β β β I have been there twice. The hairdressers are very friendly and helpful. Both of them gave me ideas how to dye my hair in a correct way. Then I decided to let them handle my hair. The result is up to my expectation. The price is average but affordable. I will be back!
