When my back tire broke, I brought my bike to Halfords, WC Woensel. They took 40 Euro just for changing the tire. After riding about 2 km my back wheel (literally) felt apart. "Halfords" didn't feel responsible for any of it so I was down 40 Euro and left with even more broken bike.
I should mention that it was THE OWNER of the shop that "could not do anything about it"
