N	Nico Venema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb het niet zo op winkelketens (blokker/hema/halfords/etc) maar dit is stomweg een goede winkel, het personeel heeft verstand van zaken en de prijzen zijn goed. Goed geholpen met een dakkoffer die uiteindelijk bij deze winkel goedkoper was dan welke internetwinkel dan ook. Lekker bezig! I'm not really into chain stores (Blokker / Hema / Halfords / etc) but this is stupidly a good store, staff knowledgeable and prices are good. Well helped with a roof box that was ultimately cheaper at this store than any internet store. On a roll!

Recently bought a roof box with carriers. He was well helped and even picked up on the car! Good service!

Man kann sagen lebensgefährlich/grob fahrlässig! . Rad mit einer defekten Speiche abgegeben, zurückbekommen habe ich eine Felge mit einer 8 drin, losen speichen und einen verdrehen Schlauch und zerstörtem felgenband! Die Speiche war auch noch verkehrt herum montiert/eingespeicht! If I could I would give zero stars! I was told a quick good repair. Quick yes! Well not at all! One can say life-threatening / grossly negligent! . Wheel with a defective spoke handed in, I got back a rim with an 8 in it, loose spokes and a twisted tube and a destroyed rim tape! The spoke was also mounted upside down!

En ook nog heel snel en zonder verzendkosten. Super service zoals je het niet meer vaak tegenkomt. A product that did not work as expected within the warranty period was replaced twice with a new one. And also very quickly and without shipping costs. Super service that you don't often see anymore.

Je mag toch verwachten in deze corona tijd dat jullie wat coulanter zijn wat betreft de retourtermijn... Veel winkels verlengen deze termijn maar jullie dus niet. Oplossing: ik wil mijn geld terug en niet een tegoedbon!!! Product returned, unfortunately a day late than the return period due to lockdown, you get a voucher because it is a day late! You can expect in this corona time that you are a bit more lenient regarding the return period... Many stores extend this period, but you don't. Solution: I want my money back and not a voucher!!!
