Nice service. Too bad about staff shortages... some extra attention to cleanliness of windowsills is therefore at stake.

Goede parkeerplaats eromheen en met een hotel erbij, vanuit daar kun je nog verder lopen/fietsen en er is een Mac Donalds aan de overkant Often eaten and great for each other there! There is also enough space for weddings, parties and meetings. Good parking space around it and with a hotel next to it, from there you can walk / cycle even further and there is a Mac Donalds across the street

Opvallend was de frisheid van de toiletruimte. Forced to make a stopover due to EV charging. Therefore only used coffee, we were nicely helped. The freshness of the toilet area was striking.

Die Bedienung kam nicht von alleine zu uns und musste immer herbeigerufen werden, dabei war dS Restaurant nur zu ca. 15% mit Gästen besetzt. Unfortunately, the 10 types of beer on the extra drinks menu were not all available. The service did not come to us on its own and always had to be summoned, although the restaurant was only about 15% occupied by guests.

Heel fijn. Ook had het hotel gezorgd voor een dame met koffie en theekar waar je drinken kon krijgen. En dat je even het restaurant inliep om je kopje weg te zetten was geen halsmisdaad. Héél fijn en een verademing in deze tijd. Alleen dáárom en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel 5 sterren. We went to the paranormal fair which was held in the Fletcher hotel Steenwijk. No hassle with QR codes, neither at the hotel nor at the fair. Very nice. The hotel had also provided a lady with coffee and tea cart where you could get drinks. And that you just walked into the restaurant to put your cup away was not a capital crime. Very nice and a relief in this time. Only for that reason and the friendliness of the staff 5 stars.
