Beide ontmoetingen waren ten eerste heel prettig en ook: informatief, doelgericht, professioneel en praktisch- qua info, vervolg en tips. Tussen 2 afspraken heb ik mail/telefonisch contact met Katja gehad vanwege een voetgerelateerde kwestie. De wijze waarop zij mij heeft bijgestaan heeft veel indruk gemaakt: ze reageerde direct, adequaat en deskundig. Hierdoor kon ik de situatie relativeren en dat heeft me veel goed gedaan. Het feit dat Katja deze persoonlijke betrokkenheid toonde heeft absoluut bijgedragen aan het herstel. Net dat steuntje in de rug dat je soms kunt gebruiken als er iets is waar je geen verstand van hebt. Kortom: chapeau! Only praise for these ladies. Both meetings were first of all very pleasant and also: informative, goal-oriented, professional and practical - in terms of information, follow-up and tips. Between 2 appointments I have had mail / telephone contact with Katja because of a foot-related issue. The way in which she assisted me made a great impression: she responded immediately, adequately and expertly. This allowed me to put the situation into perspective and that did me a lot of good. The fact that Katja showed this personal involvement definitely contributed to the recovery. Just that little bit of support that you can sometimes use when there is something you don't understand. In short: chapeau!
