★ ★ ★ ★ ★ voor de pedicure moet je daar niet zijn. een barse, ongemanierde dame. ze vraagt contant geld, pinnen kan niet. schudt geen hand, heeft geen benul van sociale vaardigheden. nee, snel weghollen. er zijn meer goede pedicures in amsterdam oud-zuid
 you don't have to be there for the pedicure. a rough, unkempt lady. she asks for cash, pin is not possible. does not shake hands, has no sense of social skills. no, run away quickly. There are more good pedicures in Amsterdam Old South

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ inlegzolen niet erg “precies” gemakt. toen moest ik 4 keer (wel positief om geholpen te zijn) om redelijk goed te kunnen hebben. Jammer maar ik zou niet weer naar jullie toe gaan.
insoles are not made very "precisely". then I had 4 times (positive to be helped) to be able to have reasonably good. Too bad but I wouldn't go back to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door Margriet Post geholpen. En zeer tevreden. Ze is meer dan alleen podo. Doet ook me heup en knie (manueel achtig). Dat is geweldig. Ik loop nooit met pijn naar buiten en altijd goed geholpen en snel. Zeker een aanrader
Helped by Margriet Post. And very satisfied. She is more than just a podo. Also does me hip and knee (manual like). That is amazing. I never walk out with pain and I always help and quickly. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jarenlang had ik last van mijn hielen. Ver lopen kon ik niet. Ze deden altijd pijn. Ik dacht aan hielspoor en begreep dat daar weinig aan te doen was. Totdat mijn huisarts mij doorverwees naar Sabine de Smit. Zij maakte foto's, keek hoe ik liep en vertelde mij dat ik zooltjes nodig had omdat mijn achterste kuitspieren te kort waren (of zoiets). Ik was eerlijk gezegd sceptisch. Jarenlange klachten konden toch niet verholpen worden door een paar weken met zooltjes te lopen? Inmiddels ben ik 10 jaar verder. Na zes weken waren mijn klachten inderdaad verdwenen. Daarna nooit meer last gehad. Het enige waar ik spijt van had was dat ik niet eerder naar de dokter ben gegaan.
For years I had problems with my heels. I couldn't walk far. They always hurt. I thought of heel spurs and understood that there was little that could be done about it. Until my doctor referred me to Sabine de Smit. She took pictures, watched me walk and told me I needed pads because my rear calf muscles were too short (or something). To be honest, I was skeptical. Years of complaints could not be remedied by walking with soles for a few weeks? I am now 10 years later. After six weeks my complaints had indeed disappeared. After that never had problems again. The only thing I regretted was not seeing the doctor sooner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for an ankle/foot complaint i had, and was advice to take a 240 euro package with a "manipulation" and a sole for my shoes.. M.Post did a so called manipulation to "loosen" my foot that left me 3 weeks limping and worst-off than when i came in.. when i said something about it i was told it was "normal" . Later i went to the hospital i was diagnose with cartilage damage, i probably had his before the "manipulation" but the sheer negligence and arrogance of the podoterapeut was/is bad.. you would think they'd be more careful and would be able to spot such things.. in the end i paid for more damage, very unprofessional from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 240 euros in the first consultation, which only 150 was reimbursed by my insurance. They made something to use inside my shoes, but I see no difference or results vs the first time I was there more than 1 month ago. It didn't work for me, unfortunately.
