T	Tom V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed inkoop/verkoop punt van 2dehands artikelen. Parkeren kan maar doordeweeks moet je hiervoor wel betalen. Overzichtelijke winkel met goed personeel. Let wel op: ze zullen altijd laag beginnen met het inkopen van je spullen. Houdt hier rekening mee (maar dat is bij elke inkoop winkel zo. Zij moeten natuurlijk ook brood op de plank krijgen). Good purchase / sales point for second hand items. Parking is possible but you have to pay for it during the week. Well-organized shop with good staff. Note: they will always start low when buying your stuff. Keep this in mind (but that is the case with every purchasing store. They must of course also get bread on the shelf).

Kom je met een 'dode' iPad 3, achtergelaten en zoals beloofd klokslag 17.00 uur gebeld, ze dachten een nieuwe accu, daarop oke geantwoord, kost wel wat maar nog de moeite waard. Volgende dag bellen ze mij terug, ipad schoongemaakt en doet het weer als vanouds! Wellicht een nieuwe lader, natuurlijk aangekocht. Ze hadden ook lekker een nieuwe accu kunnen installeren of net als of voor het bedrag waarvoor ik al oke had gegeven, maar nee, ze bellen keurig dat het niet zo ernstig is en na schoonmaken m'n iPad weer werkt. Ik zeg: DANK!!!!!!! Zal hier altijd terugkomen, overigens daar onlangs ook een iPhone 6+ gekocht.? Woon niet eens in Haarlem maar heb de reistijd ervoor over. Renée I have faith. Vervolgens werd ik gebeld met het verwijt dat het 'enkel' het kabeltje was dat kapot was, of ik dat niet even zelf had kunnen checken. En nee, de verzendkosten worden niet vergoed, mevrouw, zo staat het in de regels. Nog een onvriendelijke toon aanslaan ook. Jammer, maar dit bedrijf is je centen niet waard. Broken products, bad service, don't order from these guys! Got a broken product. Cost me 6.95 to send it back. Then I was called with the accusation that it was 'only' the cable that was broken, if I could not have checked it myself. And no, the shipping costs are not reimbursed, ma'am, as the rules say. Another unfriendly tone. Too bad, but this company is not worth your money.
