Bought a fridge which was supposed to be new but ended up not working at all. Contacting this company is like trying to speak to ghosts..gd luck! First I got a mail saying I need to contact the production company of the fridge to come and fix it. Never imagined you buy a new fridge and when it doesnt work you are told to contact the producer. In the end they picked it up and payed me back fully which Im grateful for but I had to write my own letter (which I asked to sign) upon picking up the broken fridge. I did this because strangely you dont receive a delivery receipt or in my case any proof of being picked up. Never again!

Omg !!! I absolutely hate this washing machine !!! I hate water leaks overall software problem it's totally useless!!! 260 Euros paid for Damage machine So much soil comes out as if a mountain is broken inside the machine

Worst experience EVER!! I received a washing machine with a broken pipe! I had water everywhere the first time I used the machine and you could see clearly that some little holes where on the pipe! I have sent photos to them and they said I needed to pay for a new one! After a long discussion (cause of course there is a guarantee) they said they would sent a new one. 3 times they told me that they had a trouble sending it, or forgot, or even send but never received!! They are just lying to gain time and hope I will buy it by myself ! Now it has been 3 months I am waiting!! Be carefull, they defrauded people without any trouble!!!

I purchased a Samsung washing machine and Samsung refrigerator in September 2017 for the princely sum of €2013. After just one month, both items became faulty, and this is when I discovered that the serial numbers had been removed from both items. As a result, Samsung could not assist me directly, and I was forced to go through Welhof for a resolution. I was outside of the returns period, so I could not return the items. Just over one year later, the refrigerator broke down, and Welhof refused to help me because it was outside of the guarantee period. Unbeknown to me at the time, they were legally obliged to repair or replace the item under Dutch law due to 'legal guarantee' (wettelijke garantie) where the seller is obliged to repair or replace an item for free if it becomes faulty from normal use during the expected functional lifetime of the product. And of course, a fridge should not be expected to only last one year. Welhof completely ignored this law, and refused to help. Three years later, the washing machine broke down again, and I had an independent engineer diagnose that it was due to a faulty motherboard, and that the serial number is required to replace it as different batches use different models of motherboard. Again, I approached Welhof, and they promised to repair the washing machine if I send it back, even though I told them what the independent engineer told me. So, I sent it back. A few days later, they told me the same thing that the independent engineer did, and that they will only repair it at my cost using a motherboard they can't be sure is the correct one, and that I will still have to pay for the repair if it doesn't resolve it. Again, they completely ignored their obligations under Dutch law. At this point, the washing machine would be easily repairable if the serial number had not been removed by them, and should certainly not be scrap after less than four years of normal use. It is known as ‘non-conformiteit’ or ‘ondeugdelijk product’ (Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code). Over the course of several days, I attempted to communicate with them via various channels including email, WhatsApp, Facebook and phone, and they gave me promise after promise that they failed to deliver on each time. Their phone line almost invariably takes more than 30 minutes being on hold before they answer each time, and each time they promised they would get back to me. They never allowed me to speak to anyone in authority, and were rude and dismissive of me on the phone. I explained how stressful the matter was for my family with two very young children, and they showed a complete lack of empathy or consideration. So much so, that in the end I was sent a rather abrupt and rude message saying they would return my broken washing machine to me and dump it on my front doorstep unfixed. At the time of writing, I have made complaints to Klachtenkompas, Qshops and ACM ConsuWijzer all of whom are government-regulated bodies that have authority in the matter. I am also in contact with bailiffs with a view to issuing a subpoena to issue a court summons for a subdistrict court judge to dissolve the purchase so that they will be ordered to issue me with a full refund. This will be enacted if they fail to respond satisfactorily to the formal notice I have issued to them to provide a full refund or replacement, at which point they will go into default and I will issue them with a formal notice to terminate the purchase agreement. Thankfully, as a consumer, I am very well protected under Dutch law. Do not let this company take you for granted by flouting the rules and behaving above the law. Better still, I recommend against purchasing anything from this company based on my extremely bad experience on the only two expensive items I have purchased from them.

They do not answer to your phone calls, they take time with your email. We bought a product a year ago and just before the warranty time was about to be over, it started breaking. We contacted the store by phone (with no answer) and then email and they started playing time by answering us very slowly about how we could try to fix it ourselves. Once we were clear the machine is not working, they took again days to reply and the day they thought th warranty was over, they said sorry, warranty is over now. Shady!

After sales service is top and reliable!! I bought the lg lsr100 american fridge from welhof , when the product arrived I found freezer was not working and with mobile app or says defrost function is always on, i contacted the welhof and they first gave me the trouble shooting tips to check and when we both realized that is not setting problems they immediately arranged a technician to drive 300km one way to visit me in Belgium and within 5 minutes the experienced technician solved the problem, it is just because of the long distance transportation from Korea to Europe and within continent Europe transportations , sensor connector to the freezer is loosened. The professionalism and liability to clients offered from welhof is amazing and we can buy safely with them, Again thanks sales manager Mr. Marnix, believe it or not, you are the best sales and after sales manager I've ever met in white goods market. Wish you all the success in business and warm regards from Belgium!

I've bought a washing machine online. I could schedule the deliver and received a SMS with the expected delivery time. They delivered it on time and installed it. 1 year warranty. Pretty good so far. BUT I noticed on the first usage a small leakage on the bottom-front. I've sent emails and WhatsApp messages. They take a long time to answer and I had to insist some times. They proposed to exchange the washing machine and asked me to select some models. I've done so and they scheduled the delivery for today. Yesterday I received an email after 6pm. They told me that model was not available anymore and that I had to choose another one. Of course I complained and asked for the new delivery date, insisting they should deliver on the arrange date, but no replies so far. Good to sell and to deliver, bad customer service. UPDATE: They changed my first wasmaschine and the other one was good for 3 months. I found a leakage recently on the front door due to a loose hinge. I've contacted the customer service again and in less than 24h they arranged to change it for another one, since it's on warranty. It should arrive tomorrow. I'm putting now 3 stars, since I noticed some improvements on klantenservice.
