★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij toeval kwam ik bij Handlefy. Ik kende dit bedrijf niet. Het sprak me aan omdat de spullen worden opgehaald -ondergebracht -verzekerd en weer bezorgd als je ze nodig hebt.
Dus maar even gebeld. Ik werd meteen ontzettend behulpzaam geholpen en er werdt meegedacht. Ik gaf aan dat ik de spullen niet alleen uit de garage kon halen. Vanuit de kant van Handlefy ( Marvin) werdt er meteen aangeboden om de chauffeur van Handlefy te helpen.
WoW wat is dat gaaf. Iemand van kantoor die de moeite neemt om even te helpen. Nog nooit meegemaakt. Het gaf mij een gevoel ...de klant is koning. Maar eerst zien...
En inderdaad op de afgesproken tijd twee mannen met steekwagen die mijn spullen keurig in de vrachtwagen laden. Precies zoals was afgesproken. Nou ben ik zelf nog al precies ( bang dat mijn spullen stuk of vies worden) maar ik hoefde mij er echt niet druk over te maken. Alles werdt keurig en met zorg in de vrachtwagen geladen. Als ik mijn spullen met de zelfde liefde in de toekomt terug bezorgd krijg dan nomineer ik deze organisatie voor de warme douche.
Mooi om te zien dat kwaliteit voor kwantiteit gaat! Bedankt!!!!
By coincidence I came across Handlefy. I did not know this company. It appealed to me because the things are collected, accommodated, insured and delivered again when you need them.
So I just called. I was immediately helped very helpfully and there was a lot of thought. I indicated that I could not get the stuff from the garage on my own. From the Handlefy (Marvin) side, they immediately offered to help the Handlefy driver.
WoW what is that cool. Someone from the office who goes to the trouble of helping out. Never experienced. It gave me a feeling ... the customer is king. But first see ...
And indeed at the agreed time two men with a hand truck who neatly load my things into the truck. Exactly as agreed. Well, I am quite precise myself (afraid that my things will be broken or dirty) but I really did not have to worry about it. Everything was neatly and carefully loaded into the truck. If I get my things back in the future with the same love, I nominate this organization for the hot shower.
