★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van 2007 tot 2011bij Strukton mogen werken als trein machinist. Dit bedrijfsonderdeel is een voorbeeld waarom er een groot verloop is in de spoor infra en waarom er geen nieuw/jong personeel verleidt kan worden om het mooie werk in deze sector te gaan uitoefenen. Diensten van 15+ uur, verrotte bedrijf cultuur, onderbetaling, minachting t.o.v. rijdend personeel, incapabele planning....en als je dan ontslag neemt reageert Strukton op een heel bijzondere manier. Nee machinisten, kan dit bedrijf niet aanbevelen als je gezond en gehuwd wil blijven!
From 2007 to 2011 at Strukton allowed to work as a train driver. This business unit is an example why there is a large turnover in the rail infrastructure and why no new / young staff can be enticed to do the nice work in this sector. Services of 15+ hours, rotten company culture, underpayment, contempt for mobile staff, incapable planning .... and when you resign, Strukton responds in a very special way. No drivers, cannot recommend this company if you want to stay healthy and married!
