★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een waardeloze service en klantbehandeling in deze shop in de Helftheuvelpassage.
Kom daar om een zekering voor mijn oven te kopen. De jonge medewerker helpt mij keurig netjes alleen heeft deze niet op voorraad maar geeft aan deze voor mij te wilken bestellen, kosten circa 70 cent. Binnen een paar dagen af te halen. Krijg 4 dagen later een telefoontje dat deze binnen is. Kom in de shop, of ik even 13euro wil afrekenen... .. Nou hier klopt iets niet zei ik, want deze is besteld voor 70cent. Krijg ik een heel verhaal te horen dat het maar een weekendhulp is die me geholpen had en dat niet wist blabla Nou ik ga daar echt geen 13euro voor betalen. Als ik dan aanstaande zaterdag terug zou komen (hoezo Corona?) dan kon ik m wel voor de prijs krijgen die me was toegezegd. Wat een waardeloze klantbehandeling. Inmiddels online besteld voor 2 euro ?
What a lousy service and customer treatment in this shop in the Helftheuvelpassage.
Get there to buy a fuse for my oven. The young employee helps me neatly but does not have it in stock but indicates that he wants to order it for me, costs about 70 cents. If I would come back next Saturday (why Corona?) I could get it for the price I was promised. What lousy customer treatment. Ordered online for 2 euros ?
