★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kwam hier met mijn kapotte bril, werd onaardig duidelijk gemaakt dat daar niks meer aan te doen was, "daar liggen de nieuwe monturen", zonder even wat hulp te bieden met het uitzoeken van het montuur, wat niet voor iedereen de normaalste zaak ter wereld is. Niet de eerste keer een slechte ervaring hier.
Came here with my broken glasses, it was made rudely clear that nothing could be done about it, "there are the new frames", without offering any help with choosing the frame, which is not the most normal thing in the world for everyone is. Not the first time a bad experience here.
